Delivery and payment

We ship from our own warehouse in Poland to Poland and across the European Union. Below you will find processing times, delivery times by country, and the available payment options.

Dispatch — 1–2 working days

We prepare your order and hand it to the carrier within 1–2 working days of the payment being credited.

Delivery methods — Poland

Courier (InPost, DPD) — delivery directly to the address you provide
InPost Paczkomaty — collect your parcel from the locker of your choice, 24/7
Personal collection — possible by prior arrangement at our location (details in the order confirmation)

Delivery methods — European Union

DHL / DPD international — to the address you provide, with tracking

Once the parcel has been dispatched you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number.

Shipping costs

Poland: free delivery on orders over 199 PLN
European Union: free delivery on orders over 49 EUR
Below these amounts the shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

Large orders and direct shipping from Ukraine

Large and wholesale orders are always handled on individual terms. Price, delivery time and the shipping route are agreed separately for each order — we can ship from our warehouse in Poland or directly from our own production facility in Ukraine, with customs handling arranged individually.
